The October Menu

Welcoming Autumn” is a menu bursting with colors and heady scents, from mushrooms to truffles, the market garden and grapes. While the miracle of wine is taking place a short distance away, the seasonal menu has gone live in our restaurant’s kitchens.

From cannellini beans with late-ripening eggplants, pickled vegetables and Tuscan fish stew, gnocchi with truffled carbonara and pumpkin, sweet bell peppers and the legendary local blood sausage, bardiccio.
