Le Tre Rane - August

Having barely paused for breath, Stefano Frassineti is once again updating Le Tre Rane’s menu, changing the flavours for a changing season.

We’ve got a few different new things on the menu, with one eye on taste and the other on the local areas. From the salad with zolfino beans and shrimp from Monte Argentario to oven-baked ricotta with smoked aubergine sauce and quality olive oil; Monte Sante Marie pappardelle pasta with tomato cacciucco and Livornese salt cod and sauce, new potato topini and black truffle carbonara.

 

For the main courses, we have a triumph of Tuscan tradition and a couple of Bohemian touches. On the one hand, our chicken with Chianti herbs, summer salad and new potatoes has been a huge hit. On the other hand, here’s our crunchy Pan di Polpo and mayonnaise.

Le Tre Rane is open for lunch and dinner every day except Tuesday (closed all day).
